Iβve dined at Quenino twice this year (today and back in September) and the staff never fails to impress. The food is great for sure but what stands out is that you can feel their sense of pride when they serve and express the SEA inspiration behind every dish and on both occasions, Chef Su and Chef An Dric personally serve their dishes and interacted with the diners. Such sincerity is not common in our fine dining scene, not even at some of our famed Michelin 1/2 stars restaurants Iβve been to. The dishes are creative and truly reflected the cultures of our region. I canβt wait to try more new creations and will visit again!

The food was ok, with stronger emphasis on ideation than actual taste. You can see the chefβs intention to integrate different Asian flavours into the dishes and establish a distinct personal style. Overall, the experience was not overwhelming but generally pleasant. Service was friendly, though it lacked some professionalism. Soup was spilled while pouring, with no clean up afterwards. Also one suggestion would be to avoid pointing fingers inside the bowl when presenting dishes to customers.
Celebrated my wedding anniversary here in Quenino. There wasn't any specials accorded to my wife and I, except a happy anniversary card on the table and surprising not a single service staff wished us;(. Nevertheless, the food was a playful twist to usual SouthEastAsian food - tasty and yummy, pleasant surprises. Ambience was nice but could be enhanced given the space and lightings.
Each dish is exquisitely plated and i love the flavors of each dish where some familiar elements is incorporated yet with more than a little twist to not just elevate it but making it entirely new and its own. Quenino is my first local/singapore fusion dining experience. I am more than surprise by Quenino and feels proud how our local cusine element are represented in the fine dining scent. Almost every course is great (love the green lip abalone) but i regret finishing the flatbread and not leaving enough room to fully appreciate the main course. I am pretty sure i will be back again.
My wife surprised me with a visit to Quenino for my 30th birthday while we were staying at Artyzen, and the experience was nothing short of incredible. From the start, the restaurant went above and beyond by making a special one-off arrangement (in advance with the hotel and restaurant team) to allow us to bring our dog, Oliver. Although pets are not usually permitted, they accommodated us at the outdoor seating area and even prepared a dog bed, water bowl, and mini fan to ensure he was comfortable. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented β even noticing that Iβm left-handed and placing my cutlery accordingly. Every dish from the discovery menu was beautifully executed, with the Stone Axe M9 Wagyu paired with their McDonaldβs-inspired garlic chili sauce being the standout, followed closely by the octopus dish. It was a truly unforgettable dining experience β a perfect combination of delicious food, warm hospitality, and thoughtful touches. I would highly recommend a visit to Quenino, even if youβre not staying at the hotel.
This is probably the best South Eastern cuisines I have tried . Every dishes from Chef Sue and her team are very well executed. I particularly like what she did with the caviar dish , I just hope that she has top up more even to bring the flavor out . Is kind of funny that I actually love the cuttlefish dish with Kang Kong itβs so different yet it taste so similar in taste . The main course the beef was super with all the different types of garlic and oh the beef was done with perfection. The Mui Fan was also another highlight for me and I had to asked for second serving with the wicked XO chilli that chef Sue has done. Overall love it and if they carry on cooking like this I am very sure they will not just be in the Michelin guide but earning their first Michelin star . I shall be back again .
Visited with my aunt on 31 Oct 2025 and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Every dish was a surprise in terms of the taste profile, the texture, the combination and interpretation of familiar flavours presented in unique and creative ways. A few of my favourite dishes include the Green Lip Abalone and Fried Rice. Service by all the staff there was also impeccable, making us feel very welcomed. Special shout out to Gizher and the other wait staff from China (Viraya? - apologies, did not get the spelling of her name) for patiently explaining and responding to all our questions. We cannot wait to be back to try the new menu from 11 Nov onwards. Thank you!
We had a wonderful dining experience at Quenino! The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. The appetizers stood out to me, we tried the tomato, cucumber, oyster dumplings (canβt rmb their names!) and not only were they beautifully plated, but each bite was a perfect balance of taste and presentation. Our server took the time to walk us through the menu and explain everything clearly, which made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. Highly recommend Quenino for anyone looking for great food and warm, attentive service!
